Yes...fruit! Some may say that I eat a lot of fruit and I do! I usually eat fruit 3-4 times a week for breakfast. Everyone have a great Saturday.

I`m currently on keto so I don`t eat fruits (except avocado) because of the fructose- types of sugars in fruits. But, I absolutely love them, they are full of vitamins. Just eat as much as you can!

I love fruit, but don't eat it anymore because of the sugars and carbs. I was very dismayed to find out a single medium banana has 26 carbs. Gosh I love bananas !
