At last my replacement pedals have arrived, l opened the box with excitement because l love shiny new things and thought this is not a five minute job. I opened the first volume and began to read up on fitting them. I guess to call the instructions a volume is a little rich but believe me it's quite big lol l methodologically works through them till l had both cleats and pedals fitted to my liking, that five minute job had turned into one hour but the result was worth it. I have not had a chance to turn a pedal yet and try them l have left that for tomorrow where I will do a two hour section of my turbo trainer. Now I can get back on my bike l hope to see a bigger weight loss next Friday on my weight in day. Fingers and toes crossed. Glad to see everyone is well and still working on their weight. Well done guys
