Thursday: My weight is down too much today.I do not expect this to be sustained. I feel it is a temporary fluctuation. But I do not doubt it is down some. The magic number for me seems to be 1000 to 1200 cals per day. and I haave stayed within this range. Training in wet/dry resumes today so my shift is 12-9. I did not walk on the treadmill yesterday but I did today. good dite day so far. Cat was gone for 1 day but he is back now and smells like he has been sprayed by some rancid animal..Im glad to see him anyway, he is too old for overnight forrays into the neighborhood.
