Carolyn Ray's Notizen, 12 Mrz 12

Monday: Diet going well. No treadmill today, I had to be at work at 12:00 today and I had planned to get up at 07:00 but I got up instead at 09:00. Daylight savings time kind of messed with me.I tried to go to bed at 09:00 last night ...but it was really only 8:00 so it couldnt sleep and this led to a lot of tossing and turning and getting to sleep later than I normally would. I had to shop a little and get gas before I went to work so I was running late all day. so no tread mill. I got an interview in the microbiology department, I dont even know if I am eligible but we will see how it goes.
