Thursday: slept ok but I took a muscle relaxer and now I feel like I have a hangover from it. I forgot my glasses and I will have trouble seeing at work all day. I have to work 11 hours today because I am splitting my days between two jobs right now and I need to put in three hours at my hot line job before I start to work at my microscopy job. I see an end to this as I have another interview today for another full time position but since I dont know who else has applied for this I am not hopeful, since it is not in my union. Weight was 184.4 only down .2 lbs from yesterday. I hate to say this but this is really what keeps me going and able to focus and stay true to my diet regime. I love seeing the scale go down every day evne if it is such a miniscule drop.
