Friday: Slept very well. diet followed very well although up by .8 pounds today. I expect this to correct itself by monday, because I have had no deviation from my diet and have stayed between 1000 and 1200 cals. Very curious! I got the job in microbiology,Yeah! It just worked out..the internal applicant that was going to take it declined because she has to stay on her evening shift because of daycare. Its an evening shift but the training interval is 6 months and it has to take place on days. Any way all my work has finally paid off...walked on tread mill today. at lunch today I will meet my GFs and have a non-alcoholic toast. Good dieting to all...today.
