Feeling so much more positive and focused after my holiday 🤗

Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's are my hardest days snacking wise as I'm at work, however I've been making sure I have plenty of good snacks on my desk to keep me going.

I've been to the gym 3 times already this week and have been on a 5 mile walk today which has given me so much positive energy. Going to the gym makes me feel more conscious about what I'm putting in my body so I definitely need to keep this up!!
