Yippee! Another 2lbs gone! Was hoping to break the 10st barrier today, but at least I've hit the 10st mark now & the scales are still showing 31% fat, so it must be fat I'm losing, not water or muscle - or that percentage would've gone up! Next week, I hope my "stones" will be in single figures for the first time in 4 years! :)
