Well, another day of eating more than my RDI says I should be eating, but it is still OK, as my calorie burning is more than my food intake. So I am still OK. I am working hard at getting some things ready for a small vacation, so my walking I listed here, is from walking to and from our Motorhome, packing, helping Hubby to get water filled and pack the stuff that goes outside in the compartments. So I am OK with what I have eaten and how much I am moving today. What a great day it is .
