OMG....I'm so done with lack of discipline on my part - I'm motivated as all get out but have been failing miserably on the discipline.

I want my clothes to fit loose, I want a lower body fat - I just piss myself off lately, and I have complete control of what goes into my mouth....jeeze...get a grip already. I vow to be down .5-1 pound every week for 12 weeks.
