Great! Hey .. you gotta have fun, right? My personal problem is that a night of alcohol (which invariably includes un-planned snacking) turns into 4 nights in a row when I am away from home visiting friends and family without a scale or gym! So it takes me as many days of focus and discipline to get back! But now we know how to do it!!
