I started out well....Chobani yogurt. But I ate a Zone bar, and then I ate French Fries at McDonald's...and then I wanted Panera You Pick 2 cheddar cheese soup and fuji apple chicken salad...and another Zone bar. Because it was Friday and I deserved a treat and I wanted comfort. It's only 1:46 PM on a Friday and I have nearly eaten all of my calories for the day. Normally I would say, "Oh well. Damage done. Eat what you like."

However, I don't have to make that choice. I need a plan. My RDI Zone circle says I need to eat the rest of my calories in protein. I won't make it all day without things to eat. I need to focus on no carb vegetables: radishes, celery, green beans. I have some fat grapes. Carb heavy but not too damaging. Perhaps some protein drink mix? I have to check the calories and carbs on the container.

I can drink a lot of herbal tea, some coffee, diet pop, water, sassy water and I can take a walk or three. I can find my bands and do some resistance exercises.

I can give myself a fresh manicure and a pedicure.

I can take a hot, soapy shower and put on a perfume I haven't used for months. I can take a second shower and put on an entirely different perfume.

My problems are problems of abundance! That's not really a REAL problem and I can remind myself about that fact. Abundance. I have enough.

I have more than enough and I don't need to hoard food.
