Diner party last night- ribs and cheese dip and wine oh my! but I behaved myself and ate light all day anticipating the worst :) Scale is up a wee bit- and Im ok with it. I need a nap before work gah

Girl.. how are you feeling? Are you doing better? Sure hope this cold/flu thing doesn't keep you down. On the OTHER HAND... you're doing far too much already for this soon after surgery. See? God's way of saying, SLOW DOWN, GIRL. lol.. thanks, though. I really needed (need!) the kick in the ass. And I AM getting back into high gear. 'Bout time, too!
