I dont know what is going on but I dont feel hungry anymore, I know that I should eat my meals, but I am really not hungry. I have started to cut down on the water intake, I drank over 3lt of water a day to see if that will help I must atleast eat 2 meals a day....

Your body is satisfied with what it gets and your blood sugar levels are stabilizing so you will not be as hungry as before. I think you need to up your lean protein and then you don't have to worry if you only eat 1 meal per day. You are doing so well.
