This week I want to try another diet methods that not to far away from the previous one. Just something lil bit different. Yesterday already do 23HR fast, today 20HR fast. But, today I am eating out because I have morning class that I think will be end soon. My friend eat so much snack in the class make me thinking about food. I want to eat homemade tempeh geprek for lunch, instead of ayam lalapan that I already have for lunch. So, to cure my craving I cook my tempeh for dinner, but I am already stuffed. Alhamdulillah.
