Exited to go on Vacation in 2 weeks in Cancun !! 2 Long months of birthdays and big family events left me with no self control and minimal exercise aagghh. I’m currently still in a good place physically from last year. So I have decided to end the year with more heavier workouts and a less strict diet plan. My plan for end of year is to get to next level of strength, increase intake and probably go 10 lbs heavier. *EARLY MORNING REFLECTION*** !!!STAY MOTIVATED AND PROSPEROUS EVERYONE!!!
