Have you tried cinnamon in herbal tea? It helps with inflammation and 'bad' intestinal bacteria. A cup a day really seems to work!

Phoenix, yes I add cinnamon to tea always. It's my favorite, it's so cozy and comforting!! Also I drink Sole, which all the trace minerals/electrolytes help almost like an adaptogenic herbal tea (which I also drink a ton of). Having celiac, crohns, lupus, and IBD issues... 😩
