Ok so as of today my diet starts. One that I am actually going to stick to that is! I weighed myself this morning and it seems I am 2kg heavier than I was 2 days ago (whaaaat??) so there will be a little change to my weight progress. Anyway I am off to get my groceries so I have just had some jelly to ensure I dont chuck sweet stuff in my trolley. (I have total pms at the mo) Anyway im excited at the prospect of being small again and having the opportunity to share with other people battling the same issues :) I guess i'll weigh myself after one full week/.

I hope that you do well. Have you read the Atkins book? That is really one of the keys to success. Getting the motivation is half the battle, so good luck to you!!
