down about 2 pounds right now but not recording it. Feeling kinda down today, had an hour long convo with the ex yesterday and he sounds so lost and alone. I feel terrible that I did this to someone :/ it's hard to concentrate on getting yourself happy when someone you loved for so long is so unhappy.
