Ugh up up and away. today is day one of a two day cleanse. I got this. Hoping to get to 140 at the end of these two days, then continue south beach style. AC this weekend so hopefully that doesn't set me back. I have got to do this. newly single and needing to look and feel good.

You have so much going on. So hard to break up and move on!!! It sounds like a good plan you have and I just know you will lose it! You have done it before. There are some really great things ahead for you and life is very long- there's alot love (mama always said Lotsa fish in the sea ) Have a great day : )
