so i slept maybe a total of 3 hours last night after working a full day. today i have to go to the city to pick up a bag I left at a restaurant after I had a few too many glasses of wine on Thursday. There goes 4 or 5 hours I could be using to sleep. Then I have work at 4. Eating well today is going to be a challenge!!! I started with a 7-11 breakfast sandwich...whole wheat english muffin w/turkey sausage patty, egg white and cheese...medium coffee w/ low fat flavored creamer and splenda. I'm still upset about ending my relationship, but this has given me so much time to focus on my needs because I'm not always driving him around and worrying about his bs. More time for manis and pedis, more time for the gym!, more time w/my friends, schoolwork, focusing on what I need to make myself feel whole again. Eh one step at a time, I'll get there. I am pretty sure I am going to have a diet fail this week due to st patrick's day + spring break.
