Eating out is the worst... I'm sure if I avoid eating out for a while I'll be alright... Throughout this whole weight loss process I've learned a lot about my body - My body is really sensitive to sodium... That, and I notice that when I'm bored and or stressed I go straight to food... I did that these past couple of days and that's no good. I'm working on it. *sigh* I'm dissapointed in myself... Another thing that may have effected my weight loss is my leg injury. I pulled something late last week in my leg, so that made it harder to work out. I tried to work out with it, and I did what i could... The next day i went to the gym despite the injury, and I found that working out actually helped the injury! Its feeling much better now so I'm glad. The gym on campus is closed on the weekends, so I didnt go there. I didn't bother working out, so that probably effected my weight loss. I thought I could compensate for my eating at work, when I'm constantly walking around. I guess not... We'll see how things go this week.
