Maintenance I had some fish n chips last night? Yes I did. I did not fight. I ate it all. I filled up fast. I couldn't stop. No chips were passed.
The day was filled with friends and work I'd baked a cake. Low fat. Still a perk. I had one piece. Stop there. No way. Lets have another. Oh please don't stay.
I drank some apple cider with tea. I finished it. Its gone. whoopee! I'm glad I had it now you see. Cause now it doesn't control me.
Yesterday I gained some grams who cares, I don't, its part of my plan what does matter is what I did I saved a life, I helped some kids
I didn't gain a whole dress size I wasn't sick, I didn't slide I had some fun, and gave some cheer, I even walked for 30 minutes clear
Would I do it again today? Hell yeah! I would. I'm here to stay. For nothing is important as living life like each days your last.
