Product Review: Gardein Classic Style Buffalo Wings
I was a little hesitant to pick these up the other day and I am glad I did! Made out of soy protein, these are low in fat and carbs and a great source of protein at 15g for 4! The texture was much like chicken and the hot sauce that goes over the wings was nice and spicy. These cooked in less than 6-7 minutes in a pan so not only are they a great source of protein but they are quick to make!
Defnitely a repeat!
