Accountability post day 14.
I am sure I didn't prep properly for this soft dry fast so I refed and restarted at 1900h yesterday. Today is day 1 of this soft dry fast. This is challenging for sure!!!
I'm still in deep ketosis with my refeeds of minimum 4 veggies to 1 protein/fat serving in a small eating window of 45mins.
