Line a muffin pan with thinly sliced ham and cook in oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, and mix up eggs and whatever centres you want, I used cheese, mushrooms and garlic, seasoning. Tip into the ham ‘cups’ and put back in oven for about 10 minutes, let rest for 2-3 minutes before eating 😁
Great to make in advance for meal prep as you can use a full dozen muffin pan with 1 dozen eggs
