My goal for today is to be plan perfect. I weigh/measure all my foods, drink all my water and exercise for 30 minutes. I also want to finish the laundry that has been piling up.

I have all my laundry to do yet from my trip. Will get started either today or tomorrow. I try to walk 15 minutes every day here at work on our treadmill and I have started to do the eliptical at my club house. I think it makes me feel so much better. Every lil bit helps. Keep up the good work! Strive for progress, not perfection! :-)
