No dirty 30, no treadmill, but I did go to 45 min circuit training class and I’ve got my water checked and 10,000 steps. Yippee🤠

I don’t think I will be able to walk tomorrow😐 and no I didn’t have papa johns pizza as logged but I figured it would be close enough to my brick oven Italian beef and artichoke pizza. Hubs and I shared the ten inch pizza and a bowl of homemade stuff pepper soup from the little place around the corner. We will see tomorrow how that panned out I’m assuming!
