doing good with progress. it makes me proud of myself but I still struggle every second of the day with carbs and sugar!!! I just want ALL the bread and pasta, and cookies!!! damn girl scout cookies!!! 😲 I get the keto flu and rash every time I fall off the wagon and have to start over. the itch really screws up my sleep. I'm having a hard time sleeping which in turn has me sleeping past my alarm, so I don't get up and exercise. 😣 I know I have more energy when I exercise consistently, I just need to get it together. thanks for listening to me rant!

Been there......am there......realize I will probably always be there!! I've made peace with the fact that this will always be my struggle. I have battle plans, I have contingency plans, I have a retreat plan (notice there is only one of those ☺!). I have decided this WOE is now my way of life - there are no other options (battle plan). I will make mistakes and go off plan but as soon as I realize it - I stop and go back to the plan (contingency plan). For those times when I just can't shake the craving or it manages to negatively affect my long term outlook I sit down and figure out a way to have a small amount of that item without making it a way of life (retreat and regroup).
I'm right here with you along with a lot of other people!!!
I'm proud of your success with the not smoking....that is an amazing accomplishment.
