So, when I first read this, I was surprised to see that 1500 calories was my "limit". Definitely didn't think that was possible. Then, what do you know? I did it! I just had a 1500 calorie day!! Here's hoping this is do-able. I have declared the kitchen off-limits until tomorrow morning. It is closed to me until tomorrow morning for coffee and a healthy breakfast at 6am! I am hoping to get on the treadmill tomorrow morning at 5:30. In my previous life, 5:30 was the only time I could manage my workouts. Why mess with success? Keys to success for this will include: getting my gear out tonight, so that they call to me like those "Fibre One" commercials... Wish me luck.
