It occurs to me that I have benefitted from others posting delicious healthy meals whilst starting my recent Keto diet. Although not as good as some of the meals I have seen posted I thought I would post meals I have found good to eat now that I have transferred the pics. Special Note, Spinach/Brocolli I add about 10g butter then steam comes out good. My favourite was the seafood salad which made up for the ok'ish grilled fish.
