I have started creating my healing stone necklace... these stones are supposed to aid in weight loss in different ways. Thyroid health, bloating/gas, addiction/craving, energy and mood. I’ll post more specifically to each stone and my I picked them today. ♥️ 

Tiger’e eye – Improves digestion and speed up metabolism. 

Sunstone – Suppress hunger and improves metabolism 

Rose quartz – Brings self-love. It helps with emotional detoxification hence reduces eating disorder. 

Citrine – Eliminates what you do not need- physically or emotionally. Improves digestion 

Amethyst – Reduces craving. Extremely helpful when you are trying to control appetite. Great for addictive eating disorder. 

are they reminders to aid you in where your going in your journey to healthy living, did someone say they will actually aid you in this and are you depending on them to physically assist you with these things....just curious  

@margogove healing stones have vibrational frequencies and physically can aid you. Also they have ways to help with chakras and also you put your intentions into your stones via meditation and other techniques. Some people are very sensitive to vibes and things like this. I myself am an empath and my stones have helped me in many ways. A very common used one is Amber for pain, especially in teethin babies 

I’m not depending on them but know they will aid when used correctly

Where did you get the stones? I’d love to make a bracelet like that. I’d add lava rock to it and use essential oils too 😊 

@newnbetter I am making a different necklace and bracelet with the lava rocks. I am making a full moon moldavite oil extract first. Gonna get cosmic 😜 

@newnbetter I got them locally from an awesome local lady, with the best energy ever, who has the best bead shop ever, she’s on eBay too! 

Could you find out what her eBay site is? I’d really like to get a few. Also, where do you do your research regarding the properties of the minerals? I find that type of thing fascinating
