Hi everyone, Hope you are all having a good day. Yesterday I did very well - I visited my brother in jail, which always stresses me out, and I did not binge eat in the 3.5 hour drive on the way there OR on the way back! On the way back is a lot harder! While I was visiting I had a hamburger with no bun, 2 salads, and a small bag of bbq pork rinds. Then I stuck to my fast when I got back.
So I have shown that when I put my mind to it, I can change and I can choose not to binge eat.
This morning I worked out with weights and did some cardio. I am on to my February goal of 299! Onward!
