Despite the blur it looks great! How did you upload a picture to the forum? I figured it out for journal entries, but not for forum pics! Thanks in advance for your help! 

@kellyd I use the app... after I enter in the “food diary” under the meal it says add photo... I tape the picture ahead of time. Usually right before I eat so I can’t forget to log all ingredients, I try to log before though. So I click add photo and use the camera roll tab and select the photo, after it is selected you can scroll down a bit to add a caption. I do not use the desk top site very often, it is less user friendly and I don’t use my iMac very often 🤷‍♀️ so hopefully this helps.

looks good what the miracle noodles? 

Miracle noodles are a low carb pasta substitute. They are like an “al dente” fettuccine, they do come in other types like angel hair. I love pasta and miss it, so this is a good alternative for me. I find them in the fridge section at winco by the tofu or sprouts has a no carb type noodle in their pasta section, they come in a baggy of liquid. It is made of a tuber, some are made of mushrooms. 

Thanks for the heads up on the noodles. Looking for them the other day and couldn't find any.

@8patty they are pretty awesome, I have been trying different pasta sauces with them, the rest of my family isn’t a fan though...

I have just googled miracle noodles. wow no carbs - Im buying some today!! 

I think a lot of us just found a "miracle" solution to pasta. Didn't know these existed! THANKS! <3

Excellent. I never thought to use almond flour as a thickener. Great tip.

@danduprey I like the almond meal it doesn’t turn sauces into a “gravy” texture like corn starch does. But it absorbs enough liquid to get a little thicker if your sauce is too runny. I have noticed the miracle and pasta zero noodles are so slick that runny sauces don’t flavor them up as well 

Looks like a healthy meal. I'll bet it took alot of love to put that one together.
