I use the app... after I enter in the “food diary” under the meal it says add photo... I tape the picture ahead of time. Usually right before I eat so I can’t forget to log all ingredients, I try to log before though.
So I click add photo and use the camera roll tab and select the photo, after it is selected you can scroll down a bit to add a caption. I do not use the desk top site very often, it is less user friendly and I don’t use my iMac very often 🤷♀️ so hopefully this helps.

Miracle noodles are a low carb pasta substitute. They are like an “al dente” fettuccine, they do come in other types like angel hair. I love pasta and miss it, so this is a good alternative for me. I find them in the fridge section at winco by the tofu or sprouts has a no carb type noodle in their pasta section, they come in a baggy of liquid. It is made of a tuber, some are made of mushrooms.

@danduprey I like the almond meal it doesn’t turn sauces into a “gravy” texture like corn starch does. But it absorbs enough liquid to get a little thicker if your sauce is too runny. I have noticed the miracle and pasta zero noodles are so slick that runny sauces don’t flavor them up as well
