So its been 1 day shy of a week since i last weighed in and have dropped a couple more lbs. Pretty happy about that i must say. I have started taking vitamins regularly and have seen my energy level come back. I have been struggling with feeling so drained and tired when i come home from work that i have had no desire or energy to exercise at all. I seem to be on an upswing though and have challenged myself to exercise 2x over this long weekend. Hope all my buddies have a great Memorial Day weekend!!
