Down 1.2 lbs. from last WI. Still headed in the right direction. I love it when someone notices I've lost weight. It feels so good. The pastor said Sunday: "You've lost weight, haven't you?" In my head I'm thinking, "Yeah, 63 lbs! You bet I have!" I love it! I can't wait till the Dr sees me in two weeks. She hasn't seen me since last September. 😎
We're going out to dinner with friends this Sunday. It's his Bday so he gets to choose where. He wants to go to Olive Garden....not a place I'd pick but I'll go along. I've already gone over their menu. Everything is so high in fat, calories, and sodium! I'm limited but prepared.
