I want to recommend another website, https://cronometer.com/, which is interesting because when you track your food, it gives you all types of nutrition information, including daily recommended targets. The Community part isn't free, so it doesn't replace Fatsecret. But it's interesting to see where one is deficit nutrition-wise. I, myself, am becoming less interested in tracking on my Weight Watchers app. because I don't trust their new point system. I've lost so little and have been following them exactly. So I'm going back to old-fashioned calorie counting. BUT I LOVE my meeting leader and will still attend my WW meetings. Happy Day to all my FS buddies!!!!
