Funny how I say I am taking a week off and then nothing changes! I am taking a week off to get things back on track, get my mind back in line and figure out the EFS, but I have not stopped eating the good stuff. I guess the diet really did teach me to eat what is good for me! I have done great today, had my smoothie for breakfast, a plumb for a snack, some turkey for lunch, a protein shake and just got done with some fruit (Cherry's, Grape's and Strawberry's, man I love fresh fruit)...did my work out at lunch and feel great! I have been reading about the EFS, just need to go shopping and get what I need to start...going to do that on Sunday so that I can get things prepared and have it to start on Monday! I am very motivated to get this started...I know then why not start right now....well that all goes with having time to get things ready and actually go to the grocery store....not enough time this week, so I will get it done this weekend and be on my way to loosing those last miserable 15 lbs!!! I am still eating right and drinking LOTS of water so I am not just completely eating all the crap I can get my hands on...even last night, the hubby wanted to go to Buffalo Wild Wings....I was iffy about it, but said ok, I had grilled chicken wrap, it was yummy, came with some tortilla chips, had a few of those but that was it, even had water for dinner...so needless to say even though I am not giving it my all this week, I am still going great!!! Smash on everyone!!!
