i worked-out today for the first time in i don't know how long... i'm not sure whether to be proud of myself for doing something or dissapointed i dind't work-out longer or with more effort, oh well. hopefully this will be a step in the right direction.

It's always good to keep positive about the steps that are made. If you think "Oh I didn't do enough" You likely won't keep it up for long. Always give yourself credit! You worked out today which is different from yesterday! YEA! :)
