I will not say for sure if I'm "back" back now. I'm still a bit sick, fighting a bug that started back in mid Feb & got to the worst point on March 29th. I haven't been that sick in over 15 yrs. It was pretty scary & having no money or insurance doesn't help. So I'm just riding it out, whatever it may be.

The downside, when I'm sick & it's not a stomach thing, I tend to eat only carbs (little to no protein). So I know my weight it right about back to where I started. Not a shocker, so I'm debating on doing a weigh-in. Idk.

As of today I'm out of bed for the first time in a week. I mean I actually left the house & have energy to move w/o feeling like I'm going to pass out. So hopefully my wellness will only improve from here so I can move forward w/ life.
