well the cookies were a bust. but i guess that is the learning process. l like coconut as much as the next person, but they the coconut flour was a bit on the overwhelming side. nd unfortunately it did keep together like a "brownie" kept falling apart. ih well learning process. on another note.. I dropped 2lb since Friday. that is sik, im buggin. but its a good high.. lol. good Sunday FS fam and keep at it..

if you use oatmeal flour and increase the amount used in ratio to coconut oil cookies stay together better and are oh so good says my husband!
