Man I feel good today! I did overeat a little. I had like 9 chicken-minis from chick-fil-a thanks to my sweet office manager who brought a whole platter to work for 6 employees!! They are just total bliss!! But to make up for it I only ate a salad for lunch which totally did the trick and I haven't been hungry enough to snack. I also came home and got to work on my exercise. I did quite a bit extra to make up for the extra calories. I don't know if it was enough, but it totally made me feel better like I can control what my results will be. I don't have to let slip ups ruin my entire day. I feel so much more powerful now. I'm looking forward to enjoying a delicious dinner of grilled chicken, steamed corn, and steamed potatoes. Yummy!!!
