Ugh...I am having a fat day...I think I gained, i think i gained...I just want to scream!!! The only thing I added back into my diet was sf chocolate pudding...Could this be what is making me feel this way???? Maybe I am just stressed...maybe it's not getting enough sleep. I don't know...but I know I gained..and REFUSE to step on the scale. HELP!! SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!!

Drink lots of water to help flush any bloat you might be feeling. I did step on the scale this morning and do have a gain even though I haven't cheated once in almost 3 weeks! So don't despair. We can do this!

Step away from the scale and take a deep breath! Your body is probably going what the heck is this.(the pudding) Your body probably feels all bloaty and that doesn't mean you gained any weight. You would have to eat a lot of pudding to gain a few pounds back. So push the scale under the bed, take a nap let your body try to adjust to the new food and relax. If anything take a walk, walking helps food move threw the digestive system.

I was hoping I would get over this feeling...but nope...still having a fat day ugh...I am sure it is just me...at least i hope it is...I'm not going near the scale until Friday. Thanks for your words of encouragement.

Sure hope you feel better soon. Temporary weight happens to everyone. hang in there and don't let it get you down. if your food journal is correct, sweetie... where is your protein?! very little on your journal. Try getting more lean protein, it will help you keep from getting hungy. more veggies too maybe. Try a tuna or chicken salad? you can buy pre-cooked chicken breat strips in the freezer section at your stores. pre-packaged salads too. use olive oil and vinegar on your salads. Remember that the "good" oils will acutally help you. Are you staying within the servings sizes per day on your dairy?

Well with all that has been going on with my son and being ill...I can not keep up on the journal unfortately. But I am paying attention to what is going in my body. Maybe dairy is my problem, ff creamer in coffee...I have been eating cheese only 3x a week (1 slice)...and then at night sf chocolate pudding...I think I will cut it down more. Definitely getting protein and veggies...I think my fat day just i am having an exhausting day...everything is catching up to me :(...Hopefully it will pass tomorrow. I will tho get back into journaling, and I am open to suggestions at any time. Thanks for helping.

Stress and no sleep will make you crazy! It's probably better that you wait till your weigh in day to step on the scale. Try not to stress over it and concentrate on your food and exercise plan.
