Wow. Exercising is so much easier and a lot more fun when you have someone to do it with. Adam was like my very own personal trainer tonight. Gotta love a man who will tell you how many reps to do of what and show you how to do different exercises. He was such a great motivator. I think we should do this more often. I feel pumped.

Well, why don't we figure out how our schedules mesh, and whenever we have free time together, we can go running (or walking to start) on the trail by my school. It'll build up and give us time to chat and such. Let me know what you think.
