Today was pretty quiet. I got out of class early, so I did lots of cleaning at home (So exciting!). I have found a recipe for a tuscan bean soup that I think I will try making tomorrow. I'm super excited for tomorrow. A friend of mine is moving to town and we are going to start a weight loss challenge between us :)
Goal for tomorrow: Measure the size of my stainless steel water bottles - its really hard to track water consumption when I don't know how much water is in the bottle!
Food: Breakfast: Skipped Lunch: Scrambled egg and spinach on toast with low fat cheese and half fat mayo Dinner: Quinoa Veggie bake (Quinoa, zucchini, broccoli, acorn squash, butternut squash) little touch of cheese on top Snacks: Chocolate bar :( and Apple slices and almond butter on brown rice cakes
"Nothing tastes as good a thin feels" - I need to remember this next time the chocolate calls me!
