I really hate plateaus. If I hadn't come so far, I would be even more disappointed...it is what it is and certainly better than a gain for sure...

You are the "queen" of plateaus, but not this time! Any chance you can up your "activity level" during this upcoming week? Are you doing your stretching? What about light dumbbells? (you know, someone really smart once told me about how muscle weighs more than fat per cubic inch). Maybe walking? how's that going? Did you ever get your answer to how many miles are in 10,000 steps? While it is certainly better than a gain, for sure, don't just take this lying down...up you go now Kimm - there's progress to be made this week, lots to do - life to live - and by this time next week, hopefully gains -no losses - to celebrate! Love.

Look at your chart, you are losing just fine. When you stay the same weight for 2 or more weeks, then I would be upset. Staying the same weight for a few days to a week is perfectly normal. Some people stay the same weight for 6 days, then drop 4 pounds. But your chart looks awesome. Just keep doing what your doing.

yep, 80 lbs is almost half of me, that is why i trust what you tell me grandma kimm. hang in there like you tell us. if we can do it, you can do it. right?
