I feel very positive today, since I made all good food choices and plenty of exercise yesterday. I walked the track and cut the yard. So far today, I am on program and have scheduled track time in today as well. Too often, I look for instant results and lose patience with myself; which causes me to lose focus on the big picture. This is a great journey for thoughts and insight to the type of person we really are. I am hoping that my preseverence will really shine through and help keep me moving forward even when there are delays. I have worked all my life why should weight loss be any different. It takes a lot of work to have a healthy life, but it is so worth it!!
