It's only 8:30 am and I am already running around with my head cut off! So much to do, so little time. My fat day is behind me...that is a relief...I think just I was just having a bad day in all. I have decided that I would lay off the sf pudding...just preference I guess. Sometimes I do get a sweet tooth...but I have decided to stick to jello...I think that is what will work for me. However last night I worked late...and by the time I got home to eat dinner...didn't want that snack. So up to bed with my water I went.

I am quickly seeing such great things with the challenges...i am scrolling up and down, flipping through the pages...just getting a glimse...I am sorry I suck right now :)...but you guys know why...hang with me please please please...I promise you I will be there for you all. I will catch up with all of it on the weekend.

I am also feeling sort of better with my mono...so it is time to ease into exercise...I have decided to allow my body to rest til sunday and keep building strength...Here are my goals for starting Feb. 4th: 1. Treadmill - 15-30mins 2. Power 90 dvd - 30 min workout 3. Excercise 6 days a week and rest on Sunday. We will see how this works and I will adjust as need be by what my body tells me.

Hope you all have a sunny day...yucky, dreary, cloudy, gloomy, rainy here...I should be in bed under my comfy blanket watching a movie...but NOOOOOOOO work calls!

Glad to hear things are improving some for you. It is raining here, too, so I understand the "yucky" factor. I was all suited up to go do my run. I wasn't going to let a little rain stop me! But when I stepped outside, the walkway was covered in a fine sheet of ice! So I skated back to the front door and decided to wait for a little later in the day when, hopefully, it will warm up enough to get rid of the ice. You sound like you have a good plan to get back on the exercise track. Don't feel bad about the race. I'm spinning my wheels a bit right now, too. But the race isn't over until we reach the finish line so we have lots of time to hit our stride. Zoom Zoom Zoom!!!
