Day 2 of Cycle 1 of EFS....going great so far.
Breakfast 7:00 am: Fruit Smoothie ~ I know it says yogurt, but I can't stand just yogurt, so I did a 60 cal smoothie...figure it is better then nothing. 1 cup Orange Juice
Meal #2 10:00 am: Small salad with 2 TBSP Fat Free Catalina Dressing ~ that filled me up so I am saving my fruit for later
Meal #3 1:00 pm: Will have 1 cup Rice with veggies and 2 servings of corn
Meal #4 5:00 pm: Going to have 3 oz of turkey with some beans....
Work Out: Going to go to the gym for my 30 minute work out...then I will do the 35 min work out after work...
Not sure if I will need a snake today or not, yesterday the meals filled me up and I didn't need anything else, but I did stock up on fruit, veggies and 100 cal packs of stuff so that I have them on had just in case. So far I am really liking this...works really well with my busy schedule and is a great variety of food! Just hope I see the results that I want to see!!!
