Weight going the correct way. I have a meeting at lunch today to discuss my future exercise protocol. I am thinking of going into bodybuilding as a sport. That is currently the best way I can think of to keep losing fat, building muscle and eating well to ensure that my metabolism is at it's max as right now it is low. I have dieted the wrong way calories too low so I am losing weight via sheer determination and soldier antics which I wish to reverse in the next 6 weeks. Going for a killer dinner tomorrow. Will just stick protein and salad but I will probably notch up 2000 cals. I plan to do a killer leg workout before and other muscles and shoulders afterwards. Will have to plan what I order tonight as I know I will get excited tomorrow so will fore plan as I have forewarned myself.
